•Civil Standby on S Division.

•Patrolled the early morning frosted streets enjoying the sunrise.

•Moved some stuff from cold storage.

•Citizen contact at KPD. Clear follow up.

•Civil standby 500 block N Division.

•Petit-theft at NAPA Auto Parts. Cleared report taken.

•Vandalism at Kellogg Moving and Storage. Storage locker was broken into, some vandalism and petit theft. Cleared report taken.

•Traffic stop on MP 50 on ramp for driving the wrong way down the frontage road. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop 200 block W Mission for stop sign violation. Cleared verbal.

•Worked on reports.

•K75 ran paperwork up to Wardner City Council meeting.

•Dispatched to the 400 block for an unattended death. Conducted an investigation and created a report.

•Dispatched to McDonald’s parking lot for a traffic complaint. Made contact with the individual and gave a verbal warning.

•Mobile patrol of Kellogg & Wardner.

•Building check on the 100 block of Elm Street.

•Contacted at the PD regarding a theft, report taken.

•Follow up on theft case.

•Found wallet at Silver Mountain, looked like it had been missing for a long while, returned wallet to said owner who was thrilled. Cleared, public assist.

•Traffic stop in the 10 block of McKinley Avenue for speed. Verbal given.

•Dispatched to 400 block of Bunker Avenue for malicious injury to property. Report was taken. Investigation is on-going.

•Attempted to locate a vehicle for County in Kellogg for a burglary which took place in Smelterville.

•Assisted County with a warrant service on 4th Street in Pinehurst.

•Unwanted person W Mullan Avenue.

•School patrol. K73 learned this week that his dad was very well liked and respected at KMS during his tenure there. Defiantly made him feel proud to be his son.

•Vehicle up for tow in the 600 block Mission. Vehicle towed.

•Citizen contact in the 400 block of Mission regarding a blight, Attempted contact with the individual in question. Cleared negative contact.

•Assisted medical with male in the 300 block Riverside. Cleared other agency assist.

•Citizen Contact on the 100 block of E.Portland Avenue. Individual wanted to make inquiries about their vehicle being towed.

•Attempted to serve paperwork twice, but was unable to locate the individual.

•Dispatched to Kellogg Avenue & E. Mill Street for an animal complaint. Discovered a dog barking, but was unable to make contact with owners because they were not home at the time.

•Assisted County with a domestic disturbance at the Matthew Loop Drive in Smelterville.

•Conducted training.

•Traffic stop in front of IGA for speed. Verbal given.

•Land line request regarding possible civil standby and property. Cleared public assist.

•Citizen contact with Male running around Amy Lynns, Male was trying to quickly look for a friend’s apartment that told him he was going to help him move in. Cleared Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

•Fight at Fairbridge parking lot. Four subjects involved - none of them wanted anyone to get in trouble (did not want to pursue charges). Lots of alcohol a factor, one person taken in for detox (to avoid them staying with the other three that had issues with the one). BrAC at jail was .187.

•Verbal domestic 100 block of E. Cameron. Non-criminal in nature with verbal only. Parties separated for a cool down period.

•Paper service 200 block of Hill Street in Smelterville. Paper served.

•Dispatched to the 100 block of E. Cameron Avenue for a disturbance. Separated the two parties and peace was restored.

•Assisted K74 with a disturbance on the 100 block of E. Portland Avenue.

•Responded to a fight in progress on the 600 block of Bunker Avenue. One of the individuals was held for a detox at the county jail.

•Disturbance/fight at Amy Lynn’s. Neither party involved reside there. One party left prior to arrival. Party remaining on-scene did not want to pursue anything criminally. Victim refused.

•Online training/testing.

•Assisted K75 with harassment call at IGA. Cleared, agency assist.

•Vehicle crash 51. Crash was in County. Assisted till County arrived as the crash was blocking.

•Traffic stop at Cameron and Division for speed. Verbal.

•Called to IGA for harassment. One male subject was trespassed from IGA.

•Assault at 600 block W Park. Cleared peace restored.

•Traffic stop on Main St. Kellogg. Cleared verbal for speed.

•Disturbing the peace call at 900 Block Cameron Avenue. Occupants of hot tub was leaving upon my arrival.

•Disturbance/noise complaint 900 block of W. Cameron. Persons in hot tub(s) after hours. Subjects were residents and not making much noise if any. Advised they should leave. No issues and RP did not want contact. Public assist.

•Attempt to locate possible DUI from Kellogg into Smelterville. Red Toyota passenger car, nothing further. Unable to locate (UTL).

•Noise complaint 900 block of W. Cameron. One condo believed it to be 2 gunshots in another condo. Made contact with suspected condo and nothing seemed out of place. All occupants were okay and they reported not hearing anything, also no firearms in suspected condo. Unfounded for noise, checked area surrounding building as well within nothing looking out of place.

•Dog at large on Cameron Avenue. Cleared UTL.

•Fight in progress. Cleared peace restored neither party wanted to pursue charges.

•Welfare check for driver of maroon 95 Chevy coupe. Subject code 4. Cleared public assist.

•Overdue person from Trail Motel. Subject was code 4. Cleared public assist.

•LL request regarding drug trafficking. Cleared public assist.

•Received found property from County. Follow up tomorrow.

•Received report of battery that occurred yesterday at the water park. Attempted to contact 1 of the 2 alleged victims. Negative contact. Also attempted contact with an alleged witness... again negative contact.

•Found owner of found property. Cleared public assist.

•Domestic not in progress at 100 block of Elder. Parties separated upon my arrival. Cleared report taken.

•Attempt to locate welfare check/missing-overdue on a subject.

•Information obtained on possible runaway juvenile. Contacted guardians and subject was gone, they were advised by probation officer to call tomorrow.

•Assisted K75 on an investigation of a possible Battery that took place at Silver Mtn. This will have to be done by day/afternoon as the place needed is closed on nights. K75 will follow-up.

•Located subject from a welfare check called in at 1430. Subject was fine, public assist.

•Citizen requesting contact at Trail Motel. Same subject from earlier, Attempt To Locate (ATL) welfare check/missing-overdue. Subject admitted to consuming narcotics and agreed to a search of the room. Nothing was found and no indicators other than delusions. After talking with the subject for a while, K74 believes they woke them up with the initial contact after they had taken their night time prescriptions (can cause drowsiness and hallucinations). Advised them to go to sleep and if they needed further assistance to call for medical (subject was not sure if they had taken the prescription or not).

•Followed up on drug intelligence.

•Suspicious activity/persons at Silver Mountain. Two males were next to the storage and contacted by manager. When asked they stated they worked there, but they don’t. Manager followed them towards main offices with nothing further. Subjects were no longer on-scene and no descriptions. Extra patrol requested.

•Escorted county units to jail with combative in-custody trying to break window in vehicle. The feat was not accomplished (breaking of windows) and subject was turned over to detention staff.

Be Happy, Be safe, Don’t make the “Seen any of these folks” list. The call from your mother would be awkward.
