- David Edwin Bell, 67, of Avery, Idaho was arrest for two contempt of court warrants.

- Frankine Amber Blackburn, 24, of Hermiston, Oregon violating his probation.

- Bradley Albert Chapman, 43, of Post Falls, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation.

- Charles Wayne Coker, 54, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear.

- Darby Nicole Kohn, 22, of Pinehurst, Idaho turned herself in for failing to stop for a school bus. Kohn has since been released.

- Duane Allen Zwiers Jr., 28, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho turned himself in for a contempt of court warrant.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 30

- Samuel Everett Ronald Randel, 26, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho turned himself in for aggravated assault.
