PUBLIC NOTICE Shoshone County Solid Waste Department The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has reviewed the Siting Applications for a proposed Wood Storage Area Facility and a Yardwaste, Inert Materials & Brushing for Burning Facility. DEQ has deemed the applications complete and the facilities will be classified as Tier II facilities under the Non-Municipal Solid Waste Rules under IDAPA 58.01.06.032.03.b. This notice commences a 30-day public comment period. The site for the Wood Storage Area Facility is located at Government Gulch, 166 Government Gulch, Kellogg, ID 83837.
