CENTRAL SHOSHONE COUNTY WATER DISTRICT SHOSHONE COUNTY, IDAHO 2019 PINEHURST RIVERBANK REINFORCEMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2019 Pinehurst Riverbank Reinforcement project will be received by the Central Shoshone County Water District in Shoshone County, Idaho until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 6, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be delivered to the Central Shoshone County Water District office at 409 S. Work includes sediment and erosion control, bank preparation, riprap placement, restoration planting with native vegetation, and other related items of work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC) 2017 Edition apply to this project except as modified by the Bidding Documents. PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF WARDNER NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by the City Clerk, before August 5, 2019, at P.O. Box 719, Kellogg, Idaho, 83837, or no later than August 5, 2019, in person at the City Hall located at 649 Main Street, Wardner, Idaho, at 11:00 a.m., local time, for the demolition of a building/structure located at 601 Main St, Wardner, Shoshone County, Idaho. Bids will be opened in the City Hall on August 5, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. Anyone may attend. A concise statement on the outside of the envelope should identify the project to which the bid pertains. An Idaho Public Works Contractor License is required to bid on and complete this work, and contractor must be licensed with the ICP and obtain a demolition permit from Panhandle Health District. All bids shall contain Bidder's security in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount, payable to the City of Wardner, in the form of: Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified in the State of Idaho, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Cash. Bids are subject to acceptance for 14 days after bid opening. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals. The purpose of this project is to demolish and remove a building/structure located at 601 Main Street, Wardner, Idaho, including cleanup and proper disposal of site materials, as well as placing gravel or plastic over the building footprint to control any contaminated sediments. All work shall be in accordance with the contract documents. All bids must be based on the Bidder's Instructions and Specifications.
