•Alarm on 300 block of Mission. All Code 4.

•Patrolled in the down pour.

•Land line request to a report of a battery that took place a week ago. Cleared Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

•Land line request to the other party of the battery with questions, NAT.

•Called to Yokes for report of a theft, they want the male trespassed.

•Traffic stop near the Hill Street Conoco for equipment. Verbal.

•Landline request x2 regarding a wanted person.

•Landline request regarding fictitious license plates. Public assist.

•Attempted to locate wanted subject from landline request. Unable To Locate (UTL).

•Attempted contact to trespass the male from Yokes. Negative contact.

•Attempted paper service, person not home. Called and left a message (out of town) to try to get current address for paper to be served.

•Parking ticket issued 100 block of E. Portland for parking in front of fire hydrant (115 E. Portland in front of Building A).

•Evidence/Report work, follow up.

•Attempt to locate possible DUI I90 from 43. Matching vehicle in Kellogg locate, unable to get PC for stop (no violations observed).

•Parking complaint 100 block E. Portland. Vehicle currently licensed, not blocking property (private property). Referred to management for removal.

•Words from the Chief- “Please turn in your citations before (like the week before) the first appearance day not after the last appearance day.”

•VIN inspection 10 block Diamond. Cleared public assist.

•VIN inspection in parking lot of Silver Mountain. Cleared public assist.

•Parking citations x3 600 block Bunker Ave. for parked vehicles blocking the roadway in front of Silver Mountain.

•Reports.

•Foot patrol Main, and E Portland Ave.

•Agency assist. Probation and Parole 300 block of E. Idaho. One subject cited and released for possession of paraphernalia.

•Evidence work and return (return property to another agency).

•Reports/evidence.

•Located construction vehicle 100 block of Legion with lights on (flashing/rotating amber light), was able to access vehicle and turn off lights.

•Attempt to locate possible DUI - green Subaru - Kootenai County lic plates, white hood, exited into Kellogg. Relayed to oncoming shift.

•Foot patrol at Silver Mt base, Main St, Mill, Market, McKinley.

•Citizen contact at intersection of Hill St. and Cameron Ave. Cleared NAT.

•Accident property damage only report incident occurred yesterday. Some information was exchanged. Cleared report taken.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Foot patrols Bunker.

•Traffic stop x3. Cameron Conoco parking lot. 1) backed into building, no damage, no report 2) ATV not meant for road use, verbal for riding 3) Fail to stop at stop sign. All at the same time while dealing with one another (domino effect).

•Traffic stop Main and W. Idaho, verbal for exhaust.

•Multiple parking issues along Bunker Avenue at Silver Mountain. All but one was able to move. One parking ticket issued.

•Attempt to locate vehicle on I90 without tail-lights. Out of position to intercept.

•Contact on Sierra Nevada Rd. Verbal for trespassing (verbal as the signs indicating No Trespassing have been removed).

•Contact intersection of 2nd and Silver. Contacted owner of vehicle with dome light left on, vehicle was already secured (no vehicle burglary).

•911 hang up 602 Bunker Avenue, came back to a room. No answer at door and upon call back, phone was in the hallway (hallway phone not a room phone). Believed to be a child mistakenly dialed. Unfounded.

•Assist county with attempting to locate subject in Kellogg. Unable to locate at residence of record.

•Notification of hitch hiker by McDonald’s. Contacted subject and offered ride to Walmart. Courtesy transport to Walmart for subject and dog.

•Citizen contact in running, parked, vehicle Lookout Ski Shop. Pulled off to use phone, nothing further.

•Traffic stop 49 eastbound on-ramp. Verbal for equipment (entire muffler was in bed of truck as it fell off a few days prior).

•Agency assist, County arrest for DUI (breath testing assistance). Ended up refusing.

•Called to the Trail Motel for an issue regarding property, public assist.

•Called to the 800 block of South Division for a civil issue. Cleared civil.

•Foot patrol around Silver Mountain.

•Assisted fire with traffic control for a very bad natural gas leak in the 100 block of West Mission.

•Assisted District No. 2 Fire with their call on the 700 Block of McKinley Ave.

•Assisted County with a vehicle crash on I-90-mile post 49.

•Dispatched to a possible intoxicated pedestrian on Bunker Ave. Searched the area but was unable to locate.

•Responded to Dave Smith Motors for a malicious injury to property. Report was taken and investigation is on-going. Reported that a black lifted Chevy truck might be involved.

•Called to Silver Mtn. Resort for a 911 hang up. K77 was unable to locate the 911 caller but he did locate the phone used to call 911. Phone was in the hallway. K77 was unable to find anyone in need of law enforcement assistance.

•Responded to an 18-wheeler vs. deer on I-90-mile post 49. Report was taken and deer was removed from the roadway.

•Dispatched to the 10 block of Railroad Ave. for a noise complaint. Verbal warning was given.

•Responded to a wrong way driver on I-90 near Kellogg. By the time I got to I-90, the individual had turned themselves around and left the area.

•Called to the 600 block of Chestnut for a welfare check. Individual turnout to be A-O-K.

•Dispatched to a possible burglary on the 100 block of E. Portland Ave. Checked the area but found nothing that would indicate a burglary was taking place.

•Hey probie, you sure it’s the clips that are the problem and not your marksmanship? JK

•Stick and Stones (or as the Chief calls it, “broken necks and bones”) looked like it was a huge success and no issues that involved law enforcement other than parking issues. On a side note, K75 did not break any bones but he might have had to take some x-rays to be sure.

•Tagged vehicles in the city parking lots on Main St and McKinley Ave. Due for tow later in the week. People you can’t use the public parking lots as your personal parking/storage space. Just sayin.

•Report correction/errors review.

•Abandoned vehicle paper work.

•Paper work for vehicle burglary case.

•Traffic stop in the yokes parking lot. Verbal.

•Road crew hit a gas line on Riverside and Cameron Ave. Assisted the fireman with blocking off the road till crews could fix the leak.

•Assisted county in locating a subject for a paper service in Kellogg.

•Dispatched to the 200 block of Mullan for a possible prowler. Checked the area extensively but was unable to locate anyone.

•Hit and run on Railroad. Lookout ski shop van was hit. Report taken.

•Patrolled Wardner and Kellogg.

•Stationary Patrol Cameron Ave and Bunker Ave.
