- Timothy Nye Bianchi, 58, Cataldo.

Felony probation violation, $35,000.

- Jeremy Ray Cruzan, 34, Pinehurst.

#1 Felony possession of a controlled substance, $15,000.

#2 Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, $5,000.

Misdemeanor:

- Mackenzie Olivia Basham, 18, Osburn, Idaho.

Probation violation, no bond.
