Call for bids- 2019 Paved Roadway Surface Remediation Program
The Shoshone County Public Works, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, is soliciting sealed bids for the following public works construction project: 2019 Paved Roadway Surface Remediation Program.
Sealed bids must be received by Shoshone County, c/o Carol Young, Administrative Assistant, 700 Bank Street, Suite 35, Wallace, Idaho 83873 by hand delivery, mail or courier service on or before Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the hour of 9:00 a.m., at which time bids will be opened and taken under advisement by the County Engineer for review and recommendation to the County Council. Bids will not be accepted by email or facsimile transmittal. The sealed bid shall clearly be marked “2019 Shoshone County Basin Paved Roadway Surface Remediation Program” on the outer envelope.

A mandatory pre-bid construction walk through is scheduled for Wednesday April 3, 2019 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. Bidders will meet at the intersection of Silver Valley Road and Big Creek Road.
All bids must be submitted on the Bidder Proposal form provided with the bid documents and signed by the Bidder or the Bidder’s authorized representative, including name of the contractor, corporation or limited liability company, post office or mailing address, and telephone number.
In order to be eligible to submit a bid on this project, the bidder shall have a current Idaho Public Works license at the time the bid is submitted and shall otherwise comply with all Idaho public works construction licensing requirements.
