KPD Roll Call: April 3- May 7

•School patrol.

•End of month reports/approving

•Wardner patrol.

•Side street and alleyway patrol.

•Smashed out some reports.

•Dispatched to the 200 block of W. Elder for a suicidal subject. Individual was later transported to Shoshone Medical Center and placed on a PC hold.

•Assisted K77 with PC hold.

•Arts issues (report writing system)...it decided it didn’t want to work.

•Attempted contact with a male at the US bank ATM however he was gone when I turned back around.

•The new shopping list came out Today. Otherwise as known as the warrant list.

•Citizen contact at KPD.

•School patrol. Chief Let K73 drive the new ride to show off to the kids.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Stationary patrol 300 block of Main, Wardner 20 minutes.

•Computer work/prep for Probie to take laptop to POST.

•Traffic stop 200 block alley between W. Cameron and W. Riverside. Verbal for vehicle registration and license issue.

•Updated report narrative(s).

•Evidence work.

•Alarm in the 400 block of W. Mission going off. No answer at residence and it was a mobile device alarm (not residential or auto). I was able to tell Alexa to stop and she did. Public assist.

•Citizen contact in the 200 block of W Mullan with a suspicious male with a back pack. Cleared, Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

•Citizen contact with a suspicious person walking around the yokes parking lot. Cleared NAT.

•Assisted County on a DUI crash on the Smelterville bridge, vehicle crashed through all the stop lights and construction equipment. Cleared, other agency assist.

•Great to see 1114 back in the Valley. Pinehurst Police Department’s newest officer.

•Welfare check on an adult unknown location. Was able to track person down and relay information to family.

•Landline request at KPD regarding property. Advised to speak with officer on-scene as K74 had no paperwork.

•2 vehicle crash, Division and I90. Report taken.

•Evidence/paperwork to Prosecutor’s Office and also update report templates on server.

•Courtesy transport from SMC to residence.

•Traffic stop W. Mullan/Division. Verbal for studded tires.

•Traffic stop in the 100 block of e Cameron for Headlight out. Verbal.

•Citizen contact with a male walking down the road with what looked like a compound bow, turned out to be a walking stick. Cleared NAT.

•Attempted warrant service 700 block of Bunker. No answer/unable to locate.

•Assist other agency at Jones St, Wardner. Medical.

•Medical assist W. Cameron/Hill Street for female subject that fell. Ambulance clearing upon my arrival.

•Report of possible abandoned vehicles 100 block of E. Market. Will check and tag tomorrow.

•Called to the 100 block of mission for a report of an unlawful entry. Report taken.

•Landline request. Cleared report taken.

•Traffic stop in front of panhandle linen for no headlights. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop in the yokes parking lot. Verbal.

•Lost purse turned into KPD. Owner may come pick it up anytime, but we are going kept the drug paraphernalia.

•Citizen contact 800 S. Division. Cleared NAT.

•Warrant service 700 block Bunker Ave. Negative contact.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Took dog into pound from County.

•Checked the area of 100 E. Market for abandoned vehicle(s) reported towards end of shift yesterday. 2 vehicles were tagged that have expired registrations. Up for tow on 5-8-19. Vehicle info is on the board.

•Released dog from pound.

•Extra patrols in construction areas (which is pretty much everywhere).

•Parking issue 100 block of W. Elder. Vehicle parked on side of road posted “no parking this side of street”. Contacted owner of vehicle and they were in the process of moving. This was also in the construction zone with their normal parking blocked by construction equipment, no parking ticket issued.

•Report of dogs left inside a vehicle in the Silver Mountain Parking lot. Located vehicle and dogs inside. Windows open, unable to see inside for water, dogs were healthy and happy....one was anyway. Located vehicle’s owner information, called and left a message to contact front desk at Silver to either retrieve dogs or confirm if water had been left.

•Mobile patrol of Kellogg & Wardner.

•Dispatched to city park for a battery. Report was taken.

•Responded to Mickie D’s for a hit and run accident. Report was taken.

•Proceeded to Silver Mtn. for a report of a vehicle accident. No damage was done, vehicle was parked right up against the bumper of another. K77 conducted an investigation for DUI of suspected driver. After looking into the matter, K77 was unable to discover if said driver was intoxicated before arriving at Silver Mtn. Sure was after being at Silver for a couple of hours.

•School patrol.

•Called to a disturbance on Cameron Ave.

•Returned evidence from a case in 2015.

•Wardner patrol.

•Worked on left arm tan. I must say, it’s looking pretty good.

•V.I.N. inspection on the 100 block of W. Cameron Ave.

•Citizen contact on the 10 block of Market Ave. for speed. Verbal was given.

•Assisted K75 with a disturbance on Market Ave.

•Conducted follow-up on my cases and worked on reports.

•Called to 100 block Market for disorderly conduct. Cleared peace restored.

•Called to Business alarm at Bank Cda. Cleared unfounded.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Took dog into pound from County.

•School patrol.

•Released dogs from pound.

•K71 and K73 washed their patrol vehicles, that’s why just out of nowhere, it rained in Kellogg.

•Patrolled in the sun before it started raining then patrolled in the rain.

•Follow up on Arson case from last summer. Ready for court.

•Assisted county Attempt To Locate (ATL) wrong way driver. Cleared, Unable To Locate (UTL).

•Assisted county with motorist assist. Cleared other agency assist.
