Pinehurst City Council Darren Hei
Darren Hei is running for Pinehurst City Council (4-year term).
Hei is running against incumbents Larry Yergler and Lynn Enquist, as well as fellow challenger Jeff Lambert for one of the two 4-year terms that are open.
As a Kellogg High School and North Idaho College graduate, Hei’s main priority if elected is to, “make sure the City of Pinehurst provides the best possible service to its tax payers.”
Hei has been married for over 20 years and has four children and is a former chairman of the Silver Valley Transportation Committee as well as a lead man for the Lucky Friday Mine’s maintenance crew.
Hei has worked for the City of Pinehurst prior to him seeking this position, as he was the city’s street superintendent for six years.
He has also donated countless hours to the city plowing snow during the winter months while maintaining employment at the Lucky Friday Mine.
Hei has also served as a board member of the Pinehurst Water District.
