Smelterville City Council Candidate: Jessica Frank
Jessica Jean Frank, 47, is running for one of two open Smelterville City Council positions because she would like to be involved in decision making process of the city.
“I knew a couple positions were coming available and I thought I would like to be sitting at the table rather than on the sideline,” she said.
Frank is running against incumbent councilmen Charles Atha and fellow challenger Rosalie Miller.
Her education includes graduating from Kellogg
A native of Pinehurst, Frank went to school in the Silver Valley her entire life and graduated from Kellogg High School.
She has been married to Jeff Frank since 1991 and together they have three adult children and two grandchildren. The couple moved to Smelterville in 1996 and have lived there ever since.
Frank has worked for the Kellogg School District in the past and now enjoys being a stay at home nana.
She has enjoyed going to the Smelterville City Council meetings when she has the time.
If elected, Frank promises to “listen to the citizens of Smelterville and help as much as I can and try to clean up the town.”
