NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE To be sold for cash at a Trustee's Sale on March 11, 2020, 10:00 AM at the Shoshone County Courthouse Front Steps, 700 Bank Street, Wallace, ID 83873, the following described real property situated in Shoshone County, State of Idaho ("Real Property"): Lot 21, Block 2, Woodland Townsite Second Addition, according to the Official Plat thereof, filed in Shoshone County, Idaho.
