•Agency assist, Fish & Game wasn’t answering status checks. K77 arrived on scene and he was code 4. Cleared, other agency assist.
•Agency assist with locating battery victim (incident occurred in County) and was traveling to the Trail Motel. Cleared, other agency assist.
•Assist K72 with traffic stop. Cleared, agency assist.
•Dispatched to conduct a welfare check at the 200 block of W. Cameron Ave. regarding the victim of a battery that occurred in Shoshone County jurisdiction. Cleared, other agency assist.
•Checked the welfare of a head injury victim at the 400 block of Bunker Ave. Cleared, public assist.
•Traffic Stop at I-90 westbound Milepost 49 (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.
•Traffic Stop at I-90 eastbound Milepost 50 (returning to the city). One female was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Cleared, felony arrest.
•Landline request to Health and Welfare regarding active investigations by this agency.
•Took paperwork to a business on the 200 block of Main, business license issued.
•Worked on computer issues in the bullpen...after quite some time, both are back up and running.
•Abandoned vehicle up for tow 100 block W. Mission. Vehicle was towed, report completed.
•K74 was ridding dirty as he took drugs to the CDA lab.
•Citizen contact at KPD regarding lost title issues.
•Unlawful entry at 500 block McKinley Ave. Individual in question was working for Ace Lock and Key replacing locks. Cleared Necessary Action Taken (NAT).
•Lots of mobile patrol of Kellogg.
•Computer management/upkeep on cataloging videos.
•Welfare check 400 block of E. Portland. After hearing the location, it was the middle of Ross Ranch. Report of a person that may have crashed on a bicycle. County checked Ross Ranch area, Unable To Locate (UTL). I checked Kellogg area bike trail, UTL.
•Animal complaint 300 block 2nd Street, dogs from 300 block W. Portland. Written warning given for dogs at large and a copy of city ordinance given as well. Report taken.
•Traffic stop Division/Cameron, verbal for vehicle registration.
•Traffic stop in the 300 block of Cameron Ave. Verbal for speed.
•From above traffic stop had a dog running at large blocking traffic, owner was located and dog was returned to owner.
•Called to the middle school for a student having a vape.
•Called to a parking dispute on E Park and Connor. Cleared public assist.
•Checked on a tagged vehicle. Vehicle had been moved.
•Called back to the middle school at the end of school for a female with alcohol, however there was no alcohol involved. NAT.
•Called to a crash in the alleyway of the 400 block of Mullan Ave. Cleared, report taken.
•Assist K77 with 911 Hangup.
•Assist County with wanted subject for aggravated battery and 37 code. Cleared other agency assist.
•Dispatched to the 300 block of E. Market for a 911 hangup. Checked the area but found no one on scene who needed law enforcement assistance. Cleared unfounded.
•Stationary emphasis 300-600 block of W. Mission 60+ minutes. Six vehicles in total through the area, two stops, one citation for speed.
•Foot patrols Main/McKinley/W. Idaho/Portland/Market, emphasis on intersection of Main/McKinley. About 15 verbal warnings given for stop sign violations.
•Two parking tickets issued- one on 100 block of Presley, one on Riverside-Elm.
•Assist county with possible burglary in Dave Smith Body-Shop in Smelterville. Cleared other agency assist.
•Suspicious circumstance 10 block E Portland Ave. Cleared unfounded.
•Traffic stop next to humdinger for speed. Verbal.
•Traffic stop 200 block of emerald for speed, verbal given.
•Called to Silver Mountain for a domestic in progress. Cleared, peace restored.
•Traffic Stop at Presley & Alhambra. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to signal.
•Traffic Stop at the I-90 Milepost 49 on-ramp (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

•Dispatched to a welfare check at the 100 block of E. Portland Ave. Made contact with the subject who was okay. Cleared, unfounded.
•Traffic Stop at the 10 block of S. Division St. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to maintain lane and failure to signal.
•Stationary/Emphasis 300-600 block W. Mission, stationary for 45 minutes, 0 stops (fastest vehicle on radar 29mph).
•Parking ticket issued 100 block W. Cameron.
•Fight no longer in progress 100 block E. Portland. Victim signed citation, suspect located in Pinehurst. Went to Pinehurst and issued citation for Battery. Report taken with a cite and release.
•Assist county on Mill St. in Wardner. Unwanted subject beating on the door. Cleared assist.
•700 Block on S Division for same person now knocking on other doors. Cleared, unable to locate.
•SKOL. Yes… we won a prime time game.
•Dispatched to a report of a fight in progress at the 100 block of Mission Ave. No parties wanted to press charges. Courtesy transport provided to separate the parties for the night. Cleared, NAT.
•Was there a football game Monday Night? I heard it was boring.
•The holidays are approaching fast, make sure you stay off the “have you seen any of these folks” list. It makes Thanksgiving dinner awkward.
•Traffic Stop at Hill St. & Railroad Ave. Two parties were issued citations for possession of a controlled substance and one was cited for possession of paraphernalia. Cleared, misdemeanor cite & release.
•Stationary/Emphasis 500 block W. Mission, 35 minutes = 0 traffic stops (plenty of traffic but all abiding).
