- Dispatched to flashlight on the hill by Elizabeth Park. Hunters trying to track a deer they had shot earlier on the day. Turned into a county assist as the hunters were in the county.

- Stationary Radar Bunker Avenue. No stops.

- Traffic stop at Bunker Avenue and west Cameron Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for headlight out.

- Traffic stop at Riverside Avenue and east Cameron Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for obstructed plate.

- Traffic stop at Elm Street and Riverside Avenue. Cleared, citation Issued for Driving Without Privileges.

- Traffic stop at the 10 block of west Cameron Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to signal.

- Motorist assist at the 10 block of north Division Street. Cleared, public assist.

- Foot patrols railroad, McKinley. All park areas and Teeters Field.

- Stationary emphasis. Bunker Avenue/west Mission Avenue.

- Tagged vehicle for 48-hour removal in the city parking lot behind the Elks, attempted to contact titled owner without success.

- Vehicle/equipment maintenance.

- VIN inspection 200 block west Cameron Avenue. Cleared, public assist.

- Citizen contact 100 block Mill regarding rules of the road.

- Traffic stop 10 block of west Cameron for equipment. Cleared, verbal.

- Conducted a traffic stop on the 600 block of south Division Street. Verbal warning was given.

- Conducted a traffic stop on the 700 block of Bunker Avenue. Verbal warning was issued.

- Report of person walking on the bridge on Bunker Avenue (900 block) acting suspicious, unable to locate (UTL).

- Foot patrols McKinley, Portland, west Idaho and Market.

- Assist other agency with apprehension of fugitive on Hill Street: County, Kellogg Police Department, Osburn and federal agency. Subject was taken into custody without issue.

- Vehicle tagged for 48-hour removal up for tow. Nickerson’s was contacted to remove said vehicle from Flume/west Idaho. Report completed.

- Assist county in Smelterville with possible suicidal subject. Cleared, when unable to locate such location (as described) in Smelterville. Other agency assist.

- School patrol.

- Traffic stop in front of subway for speed. Verbal.

- Traffic stop at Hill and Cameron for no dealer plate. Verbal.

- Conducted foot patrol on Main Street, Second Street, upper Third, Gold Avenue, Silver Avenue, east Market Avenue, east Mill Avenue. and all the alleys in-between.

- Dispatched to the 600 block of Bunker Avenue for possible drug usage. Checked the area and made contact with a few individuals but was unable to observe any such activity.

- Citizen contact on Hill Street and west Mullan Avenue regarding light on Bicycle during night time. Educated said individual.

- Assisted K72 with a trespasser at the Cameron Conoco.

- Conducted foot patrol on Main Street, Second Street, upper Third Street, west Market Avenue, west Mill Avenue, Gold Avenue, Silver Avenue, and all alleyways in-between.

- Traffic stop at the 10 block of east Market Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for multiple violations.

- Traffic stop at I-90 milepost 49.5 eastbound (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop and failure to signal.

- Traffic stop at the intersection of west Market and west Portland. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

- Traffic stop at the intersection of Maple and east Market. Citations issued for driving without privileges and illegal transportation of alcohol (open container).

- Foot patrols of the uptown area conducted.

- Citizen contact at the 300 block of McKinley Avenue with pedestrians in the roadway. Cleared, Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

- Citizen contact at the 10 block of east Cameron Avenue with an unwanted subject. One citation was issued for trespassing.

- Traffic stop at I-90 westbound milepost 49 (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

- Traffic stop at the 10 block of north Hill Street. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop and failure to signal.

- Dispatched to a report of a possible intoxicated driver at the 10 block of east Cameron. One male was detained for suspicion of driving under the influence and released after testing. Cleared, NAT.

- Stationary radar on Mission and Cameron Avenue. No stops.

- County assist in Smelterville. Burglary in progress at Dave Smith Tire. Not a burglary, an employee using shop on day off. Cleared, once that was discovered.

- Traffic stop at the 800 block of west Cameron Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop and failure to signal.

- Traffic stop at the 1000 block of McKinley Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for no headlights at night.

- Citizen contact at the 600 block of Bunker Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for parking in a disabled parking spot.

- Traffic stop at the I-90 milepost 51 eastbound on-ramp. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

- Citizen contact on Flume Street with a suspicious person. Cleared, unfounded.

- Traffic stop at the I-90 milepost 50 westbound on-ramp. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

- Report of suspicious activity near the intersection of Jacobs Gulch/west Cameron. Reports of bikers surrounding a vehicle parked in the parking lot. Update: shots were fired. UNFOUNDED for the second part of the information. Two persons in a vehicle believing they were being “chased” by a gang. Pointing out high school students. After investigation was complete, cite and release for excessive DUI, person driving away gave a sample of .000 and they were sent on their way. Well they made it to Montana before switching drivers again and heading back into Idaho.

- Read News-Press Article “Slow speed pursuit ends peacefully.”

- Called to the bus stop for a person thinking the Hells Angels were after him. Yes, the same person who was in the pursuit earlier in the day, well the one who didn’t go to jail. When K73 arrived, said person started running down Bunker Ave with his hands over his head yelling ‘help.’ K73 followed him trying to calm him down, but the meth psychosis was making K73 look like a big ol’ biker dude. Mr. Psychosis kept running and yelling help till K73 was able to get in front of him and yell back that he was ‘help’ and to quit running from him. After a long talk about the why NOT to use meth, he was transported back to the bus stop and escorted onto the bus when it arrived. Cleared NAT.

- Stationary patrol 500 block west Mission — 0 stops.

- Notified of persons behind the Cameron Conoco, when I checked there was nobody around.

- Notified of possible welfare check on hitch-hiker holding sign next to I-90 at Division, unable to locate.

- Found property 100 block east Cameron, property was disposed of (drug paraphernalia).

- Traffic stop at the 700 block of west Cameron Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for headlight out.

- Traffic stop at the 400 block of Main Street. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

- Traffic stop on I-90 at milepost 49 with a vehicle all over the road. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to maintain lane.

- Landline request regarding CPOR and possible violation. Taking place in another state and advised to contact local agency to give information. From the information given over the phone, this is not a violation at this time.

- Landline request regarding retrieval of property from criminal case, referred to Prosecutor’s Office for release of property.

- Agency assist for report of garbage/debris on Interstate 90 near milepost 49. Checked from 48-51 east and westbound, unable to locate.

- Civil papers attempted x2. One no answer/one no longer residing and returned.

- Welfare check 100 block Silver Avenue. Upon arrival, it was determined it was a medical call. Cleared, refer to other agency.

- Erratic driver leaving Shoshone Medical Center. Located driver and arrested for DUI. Cleared, arrest.

- Assisted K72 at 300 block west Cameron Avenue for threats. Cleared, agency assist.

- I hate football… Wait… What?… We Did? Well I knew we would win all along, I was not worried. SKOL.

- Dispatched to a report of threats at the 300 block of west Cameron Avenue. Cleared, NAT.

- Traffic stop at the intersection of Hill Street and Mullan Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

- Traffic stop at the I-90 milepost 49 eastbound on-ramp (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

- Traffic stop at the 10 block of north Hill Street. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to signal and incomplete stop.

- Traffic stop at the 200 block of east Idaho Avenue. Cleared, verbal warning failure to signal and no front plate.

- Attempted warrant service at the 300 block of east Idaho Avenue. Cleared, negative contact.
