Kenneth Wilbur

Beloved husband and father, Kenneth Wilbur, passed away on Oct. 14, 2019, while wintering at his home in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. He was born June 20, 1945, to Clarence and Della Wilbur.

Kenny grew up in Pinehurst, Idaho. He joined the Army in 1962 and after his service, he returned to Pinehurst. He married Judy Hojem and they had one son, Alex.

Kenny worked at Sunshine Mine until 1976. He became employed at Kaiser Aluminium as an electrician and moved to Post Falls, and later to Otis Orchards, Wash. He retired from Kaiser in 1992.

Kenny was an avid bowhunter for many years. When he could no longer hunt he turned to wood carving. His talent won him many competitions and he produced many beautiful creations.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judy; his son, Alex (Brenda); grandson, Kenneth, and granddaughter, Kaylynne; sister, Donna and brothers Carl, Robert, Russell, James and Frank. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of Kenny’s life will be held at his home in Otis Orchards during the summer.

Kenny was loved and respected by many and will be greatly missed.
