Rhonda Lynn (Dean) Chambers, 61

Rhonda Lynn (Dean) Chambers, 61, of Smelterville, Idaho, passed away October 13, 2019 at the Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center of Spokane, Washington. She was born October 26, 1957 in San Pedro, California; Rhonda was the daughter of James and Carolyn (Dapron) Dean.

Rhonda attended schools in California; she had also attended welding school and received a certificate in TIG welding and was an expert welder.

Rhonda moved to the Silver Valley in 1984 from California. In 1990, she was united in marriage to Tom Chambers in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho.

Rhonda and Tom were Owners/Operators of Chambers Trucking; they also owned and operated Chambers Auto Body of Kingston, Idaho among many other professions throughout her life.

Rhonda loved and enjoyed gardening, was a master mechanic, electrician and incredibly skillful in any project she undertook. She was known as Mrs. Fix-it. Never afraid of Tough Love when needed and always selfless when others faltered or were in need.

Rhonda is survived by her husband Tom Chambers of the family home of Smelterville; her sister and brothers DeDe White, James Dean, Blake and Dawn Evenson; her Grandmother Hazel Dapron; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Rhonda’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 15 S. Division St. Pinehurst, Idaho with Rev. Ken Bartle officiating; a reception/luncheon will be held in the Church Fellowship Hall following services.
