- Jonathan Martin Hammeren, 20, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for rape.

- Mathew Ronald McLean, 34, was arrested for unlawful entry.

FRIDAY, AUG. 30

- Jeremiah Lee Watson, 43, of Klamath Falls, Ore. was arrested for driving under the influence. Watson has since been released.

SATURDAY, AUG. 31

- Nancy Jeanne Cahoon, 51, of Hamilton, Mont. was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

- David William McKinley, 32, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, being a fugitive from justice and failing to appear.

- Josephine Magdalena Davis, 23, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for revocation of bond (felony).

- Tim Guy Martello, 54, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation.
