THURSDAY, SEPT. 5

- Jakob Dylan Crawford, 20, of Cataldo, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 6

- Raymond Edward Dufner, 48, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested for battery on an officer (misdemeanor, unlafull touching)

- James Russell Kuykendall, 34, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear. Kuykendall has since been released.

- Benny Joe Miller, 56, of Post Falls, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence and and possession of less than three ounces of marijuana. Miller has since been released.

- Carla Renea Risley-Story, 42, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for violating her probation.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 7

- Megan Rose Seitz, 20, of Wallace, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear.

- Orion Dwight Trask, 18, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for a contempt of court warrant (felony)

SUNDAY, SEPT. 8

- Cody William Frutchey, 30, of Cataldo, Idaho was arrested for attempted strangulation.
