ORDINANCE NO. 385 APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR FY 2019/2020 AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2019. APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,406,952.00 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MULLAN FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR. AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSE FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATIONS IS MADE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Mullan, Shoshone County, Idaho: Section 1. That the sum of $2,406,952.00 be and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Mullan, Shoshone County, State of Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2019. Section 2: The objects and purposes for which such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object and purpose follows: ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES: General Fund $246,737 Street Fund $190,075 Sewer Fund $56,140 Waste Water Project $1,914,000 Total Expenditures: $2,406,952 ESTIMATED REVENUES: Taxes $167,987 State Monies $113,141 Other Income $155,684 Sewer Fees $56,140 Waste Water Project $1,914,000 Total Revenues: $2,406,952 Section 3: That a general tax levy on all taxable property within the City of Mullan be levied in an amount allowed by law for the general purposes for said city, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2019. ORDINANCE NO. 386 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MULLAN, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 382, THE APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2018; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MULLAN, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $135,000.00; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE WITH THE IDAHO SECRETARY OF STATE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Mullan, Shoshone County, Idaho: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 382; the appropriations ordinance for the City of Mullan, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2018, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the additional amount of $50,000 be appropriated out of the revenues from the LRHIP Emergency Grant be used for drainage and paving. That the additional amount of $30,000 be appropriated out of the revenues from the LHTAC Sign Grant, for the purchase of crosswalk solar signage. That the additional amount of $20,000 be appropriated out of the revenues from the General fund for Street operations. That the additional amount of $15,000 be appropriated out of the revenues from the General fund for Sewer operations. Section 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Shoshone News Press, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Mullan.
