THURSDAY, SEPT. 26

- Steven Douglas Fetter, 56, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

- Jaylon Brice Hollis, 22 of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for criminal possession of a financial transaction card, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin and possession of a non-prescribed drug.

- Mysti Nicole Lange, 42, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, violating her probation and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Amber Lynn Madsen, 20, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for violating her probation.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 27

- Richard Thomas Beck, 37, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear.

- Alicia Brianne Loper, 33, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear. Loper has since been released.

- William Steven Martin, 36, of Arlington, Wash. was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

- Kindra Jean Meija, 33, of Stevens, Wash. was arrested use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

- Robert Alan Powderface, 51, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Powderface has since been released.

- Ryan Patrick Richards, 39, of Kennewick, Wash. was arrested for violating his probation.

- Jennifer Diane Wheeler, 37, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for violating her parole.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 28

- Michael Ray Johnson, 58, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for aggravated assault and domestic battery with traumatic injury (felony).
