• Handled a complaint about individuals chopping wood in the street at the 100 block of E. Riverside Avenue. Cleared, NAT.

• A friendly reminder from Panhandle Health: Outside seating at a restaurant still falls under the same rules of inside seating.

• Dispatched to assist a county deputy with a commercial burglary alarm for officer safety. Canceled prior to arrival. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Handled a landline request regarding a civil property dispute. Cleared, NAT.

• Assisted Fire on a reported overdose at the 400 block of Bunker Avenue. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Copier is stating it needs developer replaced and I have no idea how fix the issue.

• Patrolled A LOT…

• K77 went home early with the stomach bug … which is a nicer, less violent image than saying he ate at Taco Bell.

• Responded to Greenwood Cemetery to let an individual’s vehicle out of the fenced area a short while after it was locked up. Verbal warning was given.

• Called to possible unlawful entry 300 block Main Street. Made contact with owner on location. Cleared, NAT.

• Traffic stop — Hill and Legion — verbal for improper lane change X2.

• Dispatched to a hit and run at the Humdinger parking lot. No suspect and/or vehicle information. Report taken.

• Dispatched to an audible alarm at the 100 Block of Railroad. Alarm sounded as if it was coming from bankcda — building was checked and secured, while walking around it sounded like it was coming from a different location (maybe a vehicle). It stopped while out on foot — unable to locate.

• Notified a few groups at the basketball courts and teeters field that the parks are still closed.

• Fight in progress 100 block E. Portland — assisted K76 and K72.

• Assisted K78 in some traffic stop training.

• Dispatched to a fight in progress at the 100 block of E. Portland. After investigating, the victim refused charges for battery. Cleared, victim refusal.

• Contacted four pedestrians in the McDonald’s parking lot after hours. Cleared, NAT.

• On this day… nothing happened. Or something happened and it wasn’t reported.

• K75 drove around a lot…

• Foot patrol with K74 and K78.

• Foot patrol of Main, Flume, McKinley, West Idaho, Portland, Market and Bunker.

• Dispatched to 500 block W. Riverside for a missing stop sign. Confirmed missing pole and sign on the east bound intersection of Riverside and Oregon. Said sign was later found at Caledonia and Sunset. After doing an in-depth investigation on this crime it was determined that the Mullan Turkey gang was trying to frame the Mission Turkey gang for the theft of the stop sign. Charges on the ring leader Tom Gobbler was filed.

• Found property at The Bean, turned over to county for return to owner.

• Assist county with on a ATL for people burglarizing cars on lower page road — clear other agency assist.

• Assist county with a domestic in Ross Ranch. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Conducted foot patrol doing building checks on Main Street, McKinley Avenue, Ohio Avenue, S. Division Street, E. Cameron Avenue, W. Cameron Avenue, E. Mullan Avenue, Bunker Avenue, Flume Street and W. Idaho Avenue.

• Citizen contact at 300 block Main for a disgruntled customer, yelling and spitting. Cleared, trespassed.

• Landline contact for a vin inspection 100 block E. Portland Avenue. Landline was made, subject wasn’t at home.

• Dispatched to domestic on 300 block of W. Mullan. Cleared, peace restored.

• Landline contact for a homeless person at Yoke’s. Referred to another agency because they were asking if we had a list for assistance.

• Called to a person passed out in a vehicle that was still running in the middle of the street. Made contact with person and had medical check him out. Turned out to be a medical issued not a police issue. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Assisted K78 with a verbal domestic on the 300 block of W. Mullan Avenue. Parties were separated.

• Public assist for an escort through the Amy Lynn’s for a teacher handing out school work.

• VIN inspection at Silver and Second Street.

• Parking issue 10 block of McKinley Avenue. Cleared, vehicle was moved.

• Citizen contact at Hill and Bunker, male is traveling through asked if he needed a ride but declined. Cleared, NAT.

• Traffic stop in the 900 block of Bunker Avenue. Verbal warning.

• Conducted a V.I.N. inspection on the 100 block of E. Portland Avenue.

• Citizen contact on Legion Street regarding curfew violation. Verbal warning was given.

• Conducted a building check on the 700 block of Bunker Avenue.

• Called to public assist near Humdinger. Gave subject a ride to the Brooks Hotel.

• Assist county with a threats call in Smelterville. Cleared, when call was code 4.

• Extra patrol 500 block W. Mission Avenue.

• Dispatched to a commercial burglary alarm at the 300 block of McKinley Avenue. The building was secure, and after investigating it was determined that a responsible party accidentally activated the alarm. Cleared, unfounded.

• Contacted a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of upper Third and S. Division Street. Cleared, unfounded.

• Well K72 is leaving the Kellogg Police Department, but before you get to sad or happy, he is just sliding over to the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office. He will still be around catching the bad guys in and now outside Kellogg. Good luck Probie.
