KPD Roll Call: April 22-29

•Extra patrol 500 block W. Mission Ave.

•Assisted fire on a medical call for a subject that fell and hit their head at the 600 block of Bunker Ave. Cleared, other agency assist.

•Foot patrol Upper 3rd, Silver, Gold, 2nd, Main, Market, Division, W. Portland. E Portland, Mill, Riverside, Mullan, Mission, Cameron, Cedar, Chestnut, Hill, Emerald, Diamond, Agate.

•Traffic hazard I-90 EB 49. 3 dogs at large on the interstate. Dogs migrated to Bunker Ave upon my arrival. Citizens who stopped prior to my arrival were able to catch the dogs and turn them over. Owner was contacted. Cleared public assist.

•Dispatched to suspicious circumstances at the I-90 milepost 49 exit. Reported that a female was attempting to get into another’s vehicle with a bulge in their jacket pointed at the victim. Searched the area, but was unable to locate. Cleared, UTL.

•Open window and door at the sunshine on the hotel side, secured after clearing building.

•Conducted foot patrol of the Sunnyside area on Cedar, Chestnut, Mission, & Hill St.

•Report of malicious injury to property 900 block W. Cameron. Cleared report taken.

•Suspicious circumstances at Amy Lynn’s. Cleared report taken.

•Called to 200 block Elder for suspicious activity. RP stated someone put a ladder against the house and made entry. Upon my arrival, there was no ladder against the house or any signs of entry. Cleared unfounded.

•Called to McDonald’s for suspicious person. Male was gone upon my arrival. Cleared NAT.

•Tagged two vehicles for tow on Oak & E. Portland.

•Dispatched to Silver Mtn., B Building, Room 307 for a fire. Cleared public assist (Cooking accident, just smoke)

•Report work.

•Evidence work.

•Assisted District 2 fire with a smoke alarm on the 600 block of Bunker Ave.

•Citizen contact on the 600 block of Bunker Ave. regarding curfew violation. Verbal warning was given.

•Dispatched to the 600 block of Bunker Ave. for a domestic. Upon arrival it was discovered there was no domestic. It was just an individual who fell down, couldn’t get up and was screaming for help. Mrs. Fletcher was ok (not real name). Cleared assist.

•So did anyone else besides me say “I’ve fallen and can’t get up” in their heads when they read the above brief?

•Landline request regarding information.

•Report of hit and run crash in the 10 block of Diamond. Alleged driver returned and was on-scene to leave information. Public assist .

•FTO Manual work.

•Traffic stop in the 76 parking lot. Verbal warning.

•Called to the area of the Cameron Conoco for a possible 8004 driver contact was made but was negative 8004 at the time.

•Foot patrol and storage unit checks in the area of Portland and E Idaho.

•Noise complaint in the 100 block of E Portland. Clear warning for the noise.

•Assisted K76 with a disturbance 100 block E. Portland.

•Foot patrolled E. Portland, E. Idaho Avenue, Station Avenue, Bunker Avenue, Main Street, McKinley Avenue, W. Idaho Avenue, Ohio Avenue.

•Traffic stop Silver Valley Road and E. Cameron Avenue. Clear verbal.

•Citizen contact E. Portland regarding follow up for pending case.

•The other Dave worked on pre-post training.

•Assisted K76 with a traffic stop on the 200 block of W. Mullan.

•Assist PPD with NIBRS.

•Abandoned paper work.

•Parking compliant Oak St. Vehicle will be tagged for removal.

•Stationary radar Bunker Avenue and Cameron Avenue.

•Picked up a dog from the vets office and placed into the pound.

•Released said dog from the pound.

•Citizen contact in the yokes parking lot with a wanted subject. Cleared, felony arrest.

•Dispatched to 200 block W. Mullan Ave. for Assault not in progress, investigation ongoing.

•K77 handled a landline request regarding harassment, clear civil.

•Follow up on K77/K78 case from the night before.

•Trip to CDA to pick up evidence for same case.

•Assist H&W with same said case.

•Abandoned vehicles on Oak St. One gone one still there. 48 reprieve.

•Landline request, report taken (more info below).

•Assisted health and welfare in the 100 block of E Portland.

•Landline request regarding the health and welfare contact.

•Called to assist medical in the 500 block of Cameron with a combative patient. Cleared other agency assist.

•Foot patrol around the Amy Lynn’s and surrounding areas.

•Dispatched to 400 block Bunker Avenue for medical assist. Cleared unfounded.

•Assisted K76 with a medical assist 500 block W. Cameron. Cleared other agency assist.

•Dispatched to a Disturbance 100 block legion Avenue. Cleared verbal.

•Dispatched to 2 suspicious Males 600 block of Bunker Ave. Cleared UTL.

•Foot Patrol Bunker Avenue.

•Not sure where the Mullan Turkey gang went, but some say they have just disappeared, others say they are with a guy named Don. The Mission Turkey gang is blaming some lady named Carol....and now I have “Here Kitty Kitty” stuck in my head.

•Worked on training and evidence.

•Landline request regarding an active case.

•Landline regarding a cold domestic/ civil standby. Cleared public assist.

•Called to the 700 block of Bunker Ave. for a physical domestic. Cleared party separated peace was restored.

•Assisted K75 300 block of w Riverside to a fight in progress call. Cleared agency assist.

•Assist K76 700 block Bunker Ave. for domestic in progress. Cleared agency assist.

•Called to 300 block Riverside for fight in progress. Cleared report taken.

•LL request regarding extra patrols. Cleared public assist.

•Assist EMS and County with a 4 wheeler accident on the trail above McDonald’s. Gave EMS personnel a ride up the trail in mad max (K73’s Durango). Was able to make it up most of the trail before having to get out and hike. Patient was recovered and transported to SMC.

•New barriers are being installed at the end of West Cameron Ave. by the condos at the entrance of the trail that goes above McDonalds. This is to hopefully stop the ATV’s and Motorcycles from trespassing on the hillside and damaging the hillside.
