• Gordon Travis Giesen, 46, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear and an outstanding warrant. Giesen has since been released.

• Ashley Jean Pelly, 19, of Post Falls, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear. Pelly has since been released.

• Justin Eugene Stevenson, 21, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for three counts of violating his probation (felonies).
