ISP arrest drug traffickers on I-90
A Montana woman and a North Dakota man are in police custody following a traffic stop on I-90.
According to Idaho State Police, an ISP trooper, with the assistance of a Shoshone County deputy, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle east of Cataldo on Aug. 25.
After stopping their vehicle, the male passenger, Richard Prangley, 37, of East Williston, N.D., fled on foot, but was quickly apprehended.
It was later discovered that Prangley had a felony warrant for his arrest out of Montana, which ironically, was not extraditable from Idaho.
During the course of the stop trafficking, amounts of heroin and a large amount of methamphetamine were found. Prangley and the female driver, Krista Dodson, were arrested and booked into the Shoshone County Jail for trafficking heroin.
According to jail bookings, Prangley is also facing charges of unlawful possession/delivery of a controlled substance, providing false information and eluding an officer.
