• Hit and run in the Yoke's parking lot. Looked at video footage but vehicle was blocked from view. Cleared, report taken.

• Patrol Meeting. Good stuff.

• Stopped an individual moving a sign and knocking over some flowers on McKinley. Made them put it back and pick up the flowers. Clear NAT, no damage done to the sign or tipped flower pots.

• Citizen contact at 400 block Emerald for questions about civil matters. Cleared, public assist.

• Assisted county with a suspect at the Gondolier. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Courtesy transport for one male to Smelterville. Cleared, public assist.

• Foot patrol at Kellogg City Park, Portland, Fir, Elm, Main, Market and McKinley.

• Foot patrol on McKinley, Division, Ohio, E. Portland, Market, E. Idaho, and Kellogg City Park.

• Worked on reports.

• Assisted K79 with suspicious persons McKinley, sign stealer. Cleared, agency assist.

• Assisted D2 with unconscious male, page. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Courtesy transport one adult male page to Elizabeth Park.

• Land line request regarding where you are allowed to camp in city limits. Cleared, public assist.

• Not much to brief about, worked on office stuff and evidence stuff.

• Conducted foot patrol on Main Street.

• Landline request regarding stolen property. Cleared, public assist.

• Dispatched to a parking complaint in the alleyway of Second Street and upper Third Street. Made contact with individuals and gave a verbal warning.

• Conducted a VIN inspection at Kellogg Police Department.

• Report of a possible stolen vehicle in the parking lot of IGA. Ran the vehicle and it did not come up listed as stolen.

• Attempted to tow a vehicle on the 500 block of W. Mission Avenue but the tow company was extremely busy today and was unable to have time to pick it up. Pended the tow for my next shift.

• Land line request regarding report from earlier this week. Cleared, public assist.

• Helped K78 with a disturbance at the 100 block of Ohio. Cleared, agency assist.

• Called to Shoshone Medical Center for a angry male. Discovered possible domestic outside city limits clear refereed to other agency.

• Helped K78 with a fight in progress at the Trail Motel. Cleared, agency assist.

• Called to the 100 block of Ohio for harassment. Cleared, NAT.

• Dispatched to disturbance 100 block Ohio for two males arguing. Cleared, agency assist.

• Provided courtesy transport for one male from Ohio to Kellogg Avenue. Cleared, public assist.

• Dispatched to fight in progress Trail motel. Cleared, unfounded.

• Assisted D2 with a possible gas leak 100 block Elder. Cleared, after multiple gas readings everything was deemed A-O.K.

• Assisted Health and Welfare with a welfare check. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Assisted county with a domestic in progress in Mullan. Cleared, other agency assist.

• K78 started second round of POST courses.

• Deliver evidence to courts.

• Took a landline request regarding a lost dog. Reporting party wanted KPD to keep an eye out for the dog.

• Towed an abandoned vehicle on the 500 block of W. Mission Avenue.

• Dispatched to the 200 block of W. Mullan Avenue for a 2-year-old child wandering around the streets. Picked up the little guy and immediately found the parents out searching for him. Turned out the little guy ended up sneaking out of the house and gave mom a heart attack.

• Called to the 300 block of S. Division for petit theft. Cleared, negative contact.

• Called to the 400 block of 2nd St. for busted water pipe. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Called to the 300 Block of E. Idaho for threats. Cleared, both parties were separated for the night.

• Called to the 100 block of Vergobbi Avenue for welfare check. Cleared, UTL.

• Foot patrol of Main, McKinley, W. Idaho and Ohio.

• Assisted county with a traffic stop on the 100 block of McKinley. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Called to assist County with fleeing suspect in Pinehurst. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Called to Dirty Dog Saloon for a harassment. Cleared, parties separated peace restored.

• Assisted county with fleeing suspects in Pinehurst. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Assisted K79 with a harassment call Dirty Dog Saloon. Cleared, agency assist.

• Dispatched to Agate Street for a 911 wrong number that sounded distressed. Cleared, everyone was fine just tired.

• While on foot patrol on McKinley, K78, K79, and K75 heard an odd yodel-like laugh that sounded like it came from the rooftops, or maybe the alley between McKinley and W. Idaho multiple times. Walked around but was unable to locate the individual, even after K75 made K79 yodel back. K78 is calling the mystery yodeler, "The Night Yodeler!"(TM)

• Dispatched to an alarm on the 300 block of W. Cameron Avenue. Checked the building, discovered it to be secured and not broken into.

• Conducted a traffic stop on the 700 block of McKinley Avenue. Gave a verbal warning for blocking traffic.

• City ordinance violation at Kellogg City Park for dogs being in the park. Gave verbal warning X2.

• Attempted to assist K79 with a theft call from Aug. 21, but was unable to make contact with RP.

• Courtesy transport from SMC to Pinehurst.

• Assist K79 with a Battery on Station Avenue. Cleared, assist.

• Radar Patrol E. Cameron Avenue.

• Dispatched to a battery not in progress 100 block Station Avenue. Cleared, report taken.

• Foot patrol Kellogg City Park.

• Assisted D2 with a choking infant 100 block Elder. Cleared other agency assist, the baby is fine.

• County alerted me to an open door up Government Gulch on the Kellogg city side. Cleared, NAT.

• Land Line contact for an individual with a noise complaint in Elk Creek. Cleared, directed him to call the county.

• Responded to the 400 block of W. Riverside for vandalism. Report was taken.

• Called to Cameron Conoco for public transport. Cleared, public assist.

• Called to a disturbance at the Trail Motel (yes, K73 was just as surprised anyone to get called to the Trail for a disturbance). Cleared, peace restored.

• Released a Dog from the county that was placed in the pound the night before.

• Training with K75.

• Traffic stop on Hill St. in front of the Conoco for going through stop sign. Cleared, verbal.

• Vin inspection on the 600 Block of S. Maple. Cleared, public assist.

• Called to a disturbance on 100 Block of E. Portland. Cleared, misdemeanor cite and release.

• Paper service at 108 H Street in Smelterville. Cleared, papers served.

• Assisted K76 with a domestic in progress at the Trail Motel. Cleared, agency assist.

• Called to the Amy Lynn's for an unwanted subject. Cleared, subject gone on arrival.

• Ran paper work to P.A. office.

• Radar patrol S. Division.

• Abandoned vehicle paper work.

• 911 call to Silver Mountain for "send national guards." Cleared, was a child using the phone.

• Called to the Trail Motel for a domestic in progress. After investigation, everything was verbal argument only, however there was a current NCO. Female was taken into custody for NCO violation.

• Attempted a traffic stop at Thorn and E. Cameron on a motorcycle for multiple traffic violations, as well as reckless driving. Cleared, report taken.

• Extra patrol on Bunker Avenue in the construction area. The Fireman says that people are speeding on the gravel part of the construction area.

• Open 911 line on the area of Flume and W. Idaho. Unable to locate the source of the open line.

• Called to the Amy Lynn's for a citizen's contact. Negative contact.

• Radar patrol in construction zone Bunker Ave. No stops.

• VIN inspection across the street from Kellogg Police Department.

• Assisted K78 with threats on the 300 block of W. Cameron. Cleared, agency assist.

• Foot patrol E. Portland, Fir and Elm.

• Worked on reports.

• Foot patrol Cedar, Riverside, Chestnut, Cameron, E. Idaho, E. Portland.

• Dispatched to threats 300 block W. Cameron. Cleared, UTL.

• K75 took a sick picture of his Charger during a great sunset (photo attached).
