by SGT. PAUL TWIDT/Kellogg Police Department
| December 3, 2020 1:13 PM

• Report of a person having a mental breakdown and breaking windows in the Silver Mountain parking lot. Person was located taken to SMC by the EMT's. Said person did not break any windows. Cleared, assist other agency.

• Dispatched to S. Division for an animal complaint. K77 was unable to make contact with owner. This is the same person and dog from last week and again left her dog outside, four days after K77 cited her for her dog howling at the moon when she was out on the town. K77 guesses citations don't mean anything to her and his advice to keep her dog inside while she is away was crazy and outlandish. A different neighbor called in this time and signed a citation. K77 will be knocking on her door until he makes contact to give her another gift, courtesy of the neighborhood.

• Extra patrols conducted on Mission (east and west)/stationary patrols McKinley (no violations).
