Donald 'Don' E. Taylor, 47

Donald "Don" E. Taylor passed away Dec. 2, 2020, at Kootenai Health due to respiratory and cardiac problems. He had been sick for a while and did not have COVID-19.

He was born on April 17, 1973, in Wallace, Idaho. He attended school and graduated from Wallace High School in 1991. He was a Marine. He went to Culinary Arts Food Service Management and was an A.S.E. certified chef. He loved four-wheeling, guns and being outdoors. He belonged to SCA and enjoyed fighting.

He is survived by his wife, Carla Wickam-Taylor at the family home. He is also survived by their children: Katelynn (Michael) Belcher, two grandchildren, Piper and Laine, and Corey (Jesann) Clark. His parents are Stan and Vicki Taylor. He also has brothers Doug Taylor and Chris Taylor; sister Cindy Taylor; Uncle Jim Taylor, Aunt Erma Dunn, close friend Ty (Tammy) Stanghill; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be no funeral, but a celebration of life is planned for this summer.
