NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PINEHURST CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST January 13, 2021 6:00 p.m. The Pinehurst City Council will hold a public hearing and take public testimony at the Pinehurst City Hall - 106 North Division Street on Wednesday January 13th at 6:00 p.m. to consider a special use permit request from Ronald & Linda Heyn allowing a 1,620 sq. ft. accessory building in a "RS" Single Family Residential Zone rather than the allowed 1,500 sq. ft. and to allow them to live in a camp trailer on the property during the construction of the new home. The property is located at 408 Coeur d'Alene Avenue. It is more specifically described as the Northwesterly half of Tract 1 Pinehurst. All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such item should or should not be approved. Copies of the application are available at City Hall during regular office hours.
