•Called to Silver Mountain for dog at large. Front desk found the owner prior to my arrival. Cleared, Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

•Assist K77 with possible trespassing at District 2’s new building. Cleared unfounded.

•Assist county with Felony warrant arrest. Cleared other agency assist.

•Conducted a building check at District 2’s new building on Bunker Ave.

•Called to Pinecreek for possible burglary in progress. While in route they discovered it was not a burglary. Disregard at MP45.

•Traffic stop in the Yokes parking lot for stop sign violation, verbal.

•Called to a hit and run in the 200 block of W Riverside, vehicle was described as a white dodge pickup with red pin striping. Cleared, report taken.

•Responded to a report of a fight in progress at the 200 block of W. Cameron Ave. Neither party wanted to press charges. One male was taken into custody for a temporary detox hold due to alcohol intoxication. Cleared, NAT.

•Dispatched to a report of a prowler in a backyard at the 400 block of Main St. Made contact with the reporting party and attempted to locate. Extra patrols conducted in the area. Cleared, unable to locate (UTL).

•Traffic stop at the intersection of S. Division St & Market Ave. Cleared, verbal warning for headlight out.

•Traffic stop at the intersection of S. Division St. & Mill. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

•Traffic stop at the 100 block of E. Market Ave. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

•Contacted a pedestrian at the 10 block of Station Ave. regarding an ongoing investigation.

•Dispatched to assist K77 with removing unwanted subjects at the 600 block of Bunker Ave. Subjects were removed without incident. Cleared, agency assist.

•Traffic stop at the intersection of Mullan Ave & Chestnut St. for incomplete stop. Field sobriety tests were conducted, but the driver did not meet criteria for intoxication. Cleared, verbal warning.

•Traffic Stop at the I-90 milepost 49 eastbound on-ramp (violation occurred in the city) for failure to obey traffic control device. Cleared, verbal warning.

•Traffic stop in the Silver mountain parking lot x2, both verbal for speed.

•County assist with a multiple person fight in progress at the Wallace Hico however, all the parties left the scene before we arrived. Cleared, other agency assist.

•Responded to a fender bender at the McDonald’s parking lot. Help parties exchange info. Cleared Info report taken.

•Contacted a suspicious person walking at the 100 block of N. Hill St.

•Traffic Stop at the 700 block of McKinley Ave. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to signal.

•Booked a lost dog into the Kellogg Pound.

•Traffic stop at the I-90 westbound milepost 49 (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

•Traffic stop at the I-90 westbound milepost 49 on ramp (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, citation issued for exhaust violation (excessive smoke/fumes).

•Traffic stop at the 100 block of S. Hill St. for incomplete stop. One male was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence. Cleared, misdemeanor arrest.

•Paperwork to court/prosecutor for in-custody.

•Report of hit and run intersection of Station and Elm, located suspect and collected information. Citation issued for fail to maintain lane, information report created for damage to city property.

•Released a dog from the pound.

•Civil issue/harassment in the 200 block of Main. After speaking with both parties, this is civil at the moment with an eviction coming. Advised the proper steps to take for evicting someone and advised there could be criminal charges if they continued their chosen path.

•Identity theft information gathered for investigation. Identity was used to purchase and ship a vehicle, more information will be collected at a later time.

•Contact at KPD regarding trespassing issue. Will try to locate subject tomorrow, as they were not at home/work in order to issue trespass warning.

•Welfare check 300 block E. Market, subject was contacted and notified to contact family. They had the phone turned off due to robo-calls/spam calls.

•Welfare check at the Bunker Apt’s. All Code 4.

•Traffic complaint from I-90. Cleared UTL.

•Public assist. Gave a person a ride home from SMC.

•Parking complaint at Silver Mt. Cleared NAT.

•Patrolled in the snow.

•Traffic stop at the I-90 westbound milepost 49 (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop and failure to signal.

•Traffic stop at the 400 block of Main St. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to dim upon approach.

•Citizen Contact at the 300 block of Station Ave. with an individual asking about city ordinances.

•Suspicious vehicle sitting at idle in the Silver Mountain parking lot for several hours. Just a couple having a long talk. Cleared, unfounded.

•Contacted two males in the dirt Silver Mountain parking lot by the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes. Discovered they were drinking outside of their parked RV’s while visiting the resort. Cleared, unfounded.

•Worked on email system and programming for computers in the bullpen.

•Reports.

•Welfare check 700 block of Elder, subject was not home but was available via phone. Gave location out in the county and referred this to other agency.

•Motor vehicle crash 1000 block McKinley. Report taken (yes this was at city hall and one of the new beams has been snapped, no other structural damage and barely any damage to the vehicle).
