Thanks, Pinehurst School!

How impressive were the letters to Santa by Pinehurst’s fifth graders.

After reading the Cd’A Press kindergarten/first grade letters wanting gifts, it was heartening to see fifth graders’ ideas on what they could give for Christmas. I would congratulate them and their teachers for the clear and well-formed sentences, with virtually no misspellings.

A good testament for the English program. I even saw at least one with cursive writing, wondering if it is still taught nowadays? Well, no big deal; the lettering style is much easier to read.
