NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KELLOGG CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kellogg City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at Kellogg City Hall, 1007 McKinley, Kellogg, Idaho 83837. The purpose of the hearing is to review the Kellogg Capital Improvements Plan and Development Impact Fee Report and consider adoption of Kellogg Development Impact Fee Ordinance. Documents are available to the public at Kellogg City Hall, including the following: "Capital Improvement Plan and Development Impact Fee Report", containing proposed land use assumptions, a copy of the proposed capital improvement plan, and the proposed "Development Impact Fee Ordinance".
