- Alan Merritt Carroll, 36, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear. Carroll has since been released.

- David Paul Nelson, 55, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

- Blaine Levi Thompson, 30, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for violating his probation. Thompson has since been released.

- Ashley Rachelle Donnenwirth, 33, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for grand theft, forgery and burglary.
