Judith “Judy” Carol Lyons

Judith “Judy” Carol Lyons of Pinehurst, Idaho passed away December 30, 2019 at Hospice House of North Idaho. Judy was born August 30, 1943 in St. James, Minnesota to Rudy and Alice Bodine. Judy attended and graduated from St. James High School. She slowly made her way West, living in Lead, South Dakota then Moorcroft, Wyoming before settling in the Silver Valley in 1975. Judy worked as a bartender for many years at Tori’s Croakers in Kingston until she retired in 2013. Judy was an avid reader and lottery scratch ticket player.

Judy was married to Leroy Lyons for 33 years. She loved being a Grandmother and recently a Great Grandmother. Judy is survived by her three sons, Joe (Keri) Sonnabend of Ephrata, Washington, Darren (Shasta) Sonnabend of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Bryon (Gerri) Lyons of Rathdrum, Idaho, her sister Rosalie Heinrichs of St. James, Minnesota, her grandsons Aaron and Erich Sonnabend of Ephrata, Washington and her Great-Grandson Noah Sonnabend of Ephrata, Washington and her sister Rosalie Heinrichs of St. James, Minnesota.
