Amber Alert issued for Rathdrum boy

RATHDRUM – Idaho State Police reports that a 6 year-old Rathdrum boy has been abducted and is believed to be in imminent danger.

The Rathdrum Police Department is looking for Leo Isador Hiibel-Cloutier, who is described at a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He weighs 70 pounds and is 4 feet tall.

He was last seen at Super 1 Foods in Rathdrum on May 31 at approximately 8 a.m. wearing black corduroy pants with black tennis shoes, a white t-shirt and a camouflage hooded jacket.

The suspects believed to be responsible for the abduction is 35 year-old Mimi Charmayne Hiibel, the non-custodial parent of Leo.

She is described as white female with brown hair and green eyes. She weighs 145 pounds and is 5 feet, four inches tall. An identifying mark of her's is a black tattoo of the letter "J" on the back part of her left hand near her thumb.

It is possible that Mimi is also traveling with a 16 year-old male child. While her direction of travel is unknown, it is believed that she may be heading to Oklahoma or Nevada.
