•Dispatched to the old Lincoln school for people inside. Found a board opened on the second floor. They somehow climbed up and entered there. After requesting help from the Fireman and his ladder, K73 was able to enter the building. K73 cleared the building and did not locate anyone inside. K73 did noticed that whoever it was also had a dog with them, as K9 prints were all over. It appeared that Doug and Porkchop (NOT real names) opened up a jar of peanut butter and flung it all over, along with doing other (childlike) things inside of the building, but nothing appeared to be stolen. K73 followed the dog prints and noticed another small hole in the basement where Doug and Porkchop must have escaped from while he was watching the other side of the building. Right next to the small opening was a cell phone. It appears that while trying to squeeze out the small opening either Doug or possibly Porkchop had dropped their cell phone. Cleared report taken. Update The next day K73 noticed a kid walking his dog that looked a lot like the dog on the cover screen of the dropped cell phone. Yup same same. Case closed charges pending.

In Yokes parking lot, K77 observed an unoccupied vehicle with extensive front end damage. Hmmm wonder if the two are related? K77 was able to determine that yes, the vehicle in Yokes is the one that hit the tree on Hill St. Vehicle was towed with follow up to continue.
