Alan Wayne Vukasin, 50

Our beloved brother, father, grandpa, uncle & cousin of Pinehurst, Idaho passed away on May 29, 2020 at Shoshone Medical Center in Kellogg, ID. Alan was born February 15, 1970 in Kellogg, ID. He was the son of Kenney Vukasin and Violet (Clowes) Vukasin. He had two brothers and three sisters. His family moved to Great Falls, MT when Alan was two. His family lived there until he was three years old, then they moved back to Kellogg. He attended Sunnyside School in Kellogg until 1980 when his family moved to Helena, Montana where he attended Bryant Elementary and Helena High School. He was on the wrestling and football teams. While in high school, he worked at McDonald’s as a cook. He was also a manager at a video store. After school, his family moved back to Kellogg and Alan worked at Yoke’s. He then went to work for Dual Lite in Coeur d’Alene. Alan had various jobs at one time he worked for Silver Mountain as a janitor and maintenance worker. He moved to the Tri Cities where he worked in building construction. He later moved back to Kellogg when he was in a car wreck that left him disabled. At the time of his death, he lived in Pinehurst with his brother and son. Alan was preceded in death by his father Kenney Vukasin and mother Violet (Clowes) Vukasin; a brother Peter J. St. Marks, his grandparents, numerous uncles and aunts, and several cousins. He is survived by his brothers William (Bill) St. Marks of Pinehurst, brother Kenney Vukasin of Billings, MT, sister Rowena (Sis) Meader and Fritz Meader of Moon Gulch, sister Theda Hill and John Hill of Osburn; two children Kimberly Villahobos of Kennewick, WA, son Nate Vukasin of Kennewick, WA. Cremation was handled by Shoshone Funeral Services. There will be a Mass for Alan at St. Rita’s Catholic Church in Kellogg on June 27, 2020 at noon, a potluck luncheon will be held after Mass.
