ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF KELLOGG, IDAHO Teeter's Field Concession Stand and Restroom Construction Sealed Bids for the construction of the Teeter's Field Concession Stand and Restrooms Construction will be received by the City of Kellogg at 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg, ID, 83837, until 2:00 pm local time on May 26, 2020. Bids hand-delivered or mailed shall be delivered to the City Clerk's Office at City of Kellogg, 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg, Idaho 83837 and be clearly marked "Bid Enclosed - Teeter's Field" at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing a new 21-foot by 38-foot concession stand with restrooms and other related work as set forth in the Contract Documents. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. The project is located in the Bunker Hill Superfund Site. Soils are known to be contaminated by heavy metals that are associated with historic mining wastes. Contractor shall comply with OSHA HAZWOPER regulations 29 CFR 1910.120 including HAZWOPER training for employees engaged in the work in accordance with OSHA regulations. The Contractor must have a current ICP license from the Panhandle Health District prior to receiving Notice to Proceed. Bidders must contact and register with the Issuing Office to be added to the plan holder list. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
