ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF OSBURN 2020 ALLEY PAVING PROJECT Separate sealed BIDS for the City of Osburn 2020 Alley Paving Project located in the City of Osburn, Idaho will be received by the City of Osburn ("City") at P.O. Box 865, Osburn, ID 83849 (by USPS mail) or 921 E. Mullan Ave., Osburn, ID 83849 (hand-delivered) at 1:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday May 26, 2020.
