• Jesse Frank Mock, 39, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

SATURDAY, NOV. 7

• Demetri Michael Gabriele, 33, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence (2nd offense) and concealing a weapon under the influence. Gabriele has since been released.

• Katharine Rose Miller, 23, of Salem, Ore., was arrested for possession of heroin.

• Joshua Michael Smith, 27, of Lafayette, Ore., was arrested for unlawful manufacturing/delivery/possession of a controlled substance, eluding an officer, possession of a stolen vehicle, and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

SUNDAY, NOV. 8

• Richard Thomas Beck Jr., 38, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for violating his probation.

• Delmer Alouysis Howard Jr., 57, of Silverton, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without privileges.
