SUMMARY OF City of Wallace ORDINANCE NO. 2020-04 A summary of the principal provisions of Ordinance No. 2020-04, of the City of Wallace, Shoshone County, Idaho, adopted on the 28th day of October, 2020, by the City Council, is as follows: AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION WITHIN THE CITY OF WALLACE; OUTLINING SPECIFIC FINDINGS REGARDING THE HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE DESIGNATED AREA, MAKING FORMAL DESIGNATION OF A HISTORIC DISTRICT AND IMPOSING CONTROLS FOR THOSE PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE HISTORIC DISTRCT, MAKING AVAILABLE A LEGAL DESCRIPTION REFERENCED BY PARCEL NUMBER AND OFFICIAL HISTORIC DISTRICT MAP, ACCOUNTING FOR INVALIDATION OF ANY PART OF THE ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WALLACE, that Ordinance No. 2020-04 is hereby effective upon the passage and publication as provided by law.
