STATE TIMBER SALE CR300682, POCONO POKE CEDAR A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 1806 Main Avenue, St. Maries, ID 83861, at 9:00 am local time, on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 for an estimated 9,730 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser. Prior to bidding, eligible bidders shall present a certified check or bank draft payable to Treasurer, State of Idaho, or a bid bond acceptable to the State, in the amount of $208,351.40 which is 10% of the appraised net sale value of $2,083,514.00. ORDINANCE NO. 614 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KELLOGG, SHOSHONE COUNTY IDAHO, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 4 TO ADD A NEW SECTION PROHIBITING PARKING OF CERTAIN VEHICLES ON CITY STREETS FROM NOVEMBER 1 THROUGH MARCH 31 DUE TO SNOW REMOVAL; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kellogg, Shoshone County, Idaho, that Title 10, Chapter 4 Parking Regulations, is hereby amended as follows: Section 1. Kellogg Municipal Code Title 10, Chapter 4, Section 10-4-6 be added as follows: 10-4-6: PARKING LIMITATIONS DURING SNOW REMOVAL: It is unlawful for a person to park or leave standing any recreational vehicle, camper or trailer on any public street, park, avenue, alley or public way in the City between November 1 through March 31 due to snow removal within the City. Violation of this section shall be subject to the penalties set forth in 10-2-17 of the Kellogg Municipal Code. Section 2. Severability. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be severable. Should any portion of this Ordinance be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be read to carry out the purpose(s) of the Ordinance before the declaration of partial invalidity. Section 3. Repeal of Conflicting Provisions. All provisions of the current Kellogg Municipal Code, or ordinances of the City of Kellogg, which conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
