THURSDAY, OCT. 22

• Mackenzie Oliva Basham, 19, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for drug trafficking in heroin, driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, of use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

• Jamie Lawrence Burgess, 56, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

• Toni Joann Kitchen, 49, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for revocation of bond/failure to comply with bond. Kitchen has since been released.

FRIDAY, OCT. 23

• Kimberly Ann Kitchen, 44, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used or purchased.

• Cappuccino McCullough, 43, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested for unlawful manufacturing/delivery/or possession of a controlled substance, possession of heroin, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used or purchased, violating his probation (felony), and being a fugitive from justice.

• George Michael Wild, 56, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used or purchased.

SATURDAY, OCT. 24

• Alan Dale Johnson, 58, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

• Joseph Fred Jones, 54, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for for unlawful manufacturing/delivery/or possession of a controlled substance, possession of heroin, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used or purchased, and failing to appear.

• Jesse Renee Kazemba, 32, of of Cataldo, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

• Della Marie Rose, 63, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

• Tania Anne Sager, 21, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used or purchased.

• Daniel Westley Tuttle, 24, was arrested for frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used or purchased. Tuttle has since been released.

• Jared Michael Wiley, 39, was arrested for two outstanding warrants.
