• Brian Andrew Fernquist, 48, of Mullan, Idaho, was arrested for violating his probation (felony).

• Jerry Lee Franklin, 22, of Spirit Lake, Idaho, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

TUESDAY, OCT. 27

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 28

• Davis Eugene Klontz, 31, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, was arrested for trespassing. Klontz has since been released.

• Stanley Clark Radford, 57, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for violating conditions of his release, three counts of violating his probation, unlawful manufacturing/delivery/possession of a controlled substance, and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
