• Caitlin Marie Brown, 22, of Mullan, Idaho, was arrested for kidnapping — custodial interference and aggravated battery.

• Lisa Marie Daniel, 56, of Verede, Ariz., was arrested for kidnapping — custodial interference and aggravated battery.

• Adam Gregory Trogden, 33, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for domestic battery with traumatic injury (felony).

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 23

• Todd Edward Clemens, 31, of Silverton, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear. Clemens has since been released.

• Jerrimihia David Cochran, 30, of Liberty Lake, Wash., was arrested for failing to appear (felony).

• Travis Lawrence Quimby, 43, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm, theft by receiving or possessing stolen property, and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
