THURSDAY, SEPT. 24

• Stephan James Dray, 49, of Missoula, Mont., was arrested for three outstanding warrants.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 25

• Nicholaus John Hirsch, 26, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear, obstructing or resisting an officer, and being wanted out of Bonner County.

• Tanner John Rasmussen, 24, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for violating his probation.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 26

• Torrance Camden Plante, 48, of Post Falls, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without privileges.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 27

• Toni Joann Kitchen, 49, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for being an intoxicated pedestrian and possessing a firearm while being intoxicated.
