RESOLUTION 2021-212 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING "NOTICE UNDER THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT" WHEREAS, the City of Wallace desires to update its existing policy consistent with the 2020 update to the Notice Under the Americans with Disabilities Act; WHEREAS, the City of Wallace desires to ensure management is consistent with established Americans with Disabilities regulations; WHEREAS, the City of Wallace desires to maintain a safe and healthy environment for city property for all individuals, including those qualified individuals with disabilities; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City of Wallace City Council, do hereby proclaim and declare the adoption of the attached "NOTICE UNDER THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT," and any prior versions of this Notice shall be superseded by the passage of this Resolution.
