Kellogg Middle School 2021 registration information

All returning sixth-eighth grade students:

Wednesday, Aug. 25

9-11 a.m.

1-3 p.m.

5-7 p.m.

Students NEW to the Kellogg School District (sixth through eighth grades) who did NOT attend a KSD school last year will register on Tuesday, Aug. 24 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Please bring a copy of your updated shot records to registration. Students who do not have their immunization records up-to-date will not be allowed to pick up their schedules. All incoming seventh-graders are reminded that they are required to show proof of receiving their TDAP booster and meningococcal immunizations.

Heritage Health will be present at registration on Aug. 25 to administer needed immunizations.

Students will be able to sign up for fall sports and purchase any of the items listed below during the registration day. Seventh and eighth grade athletes will be required to have a physical exam before participating and ALL KMS athletes will be required to show proof of medical insurance.

The activity card and transportation fee are required for students participating in athletics, band, choir, Lego League and History Day. The yearbook fee is optional.

Transportation Fee — $10

Yearbook — $20

If you are unable to attend the scheduled registration day, please call the KMS office at 208-784-1311 after Aug. 16 to schedule a different time.
