PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF WALLACE, IDAHO BUDGET FOR F/Y 2021-22 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wallace, Idaho, will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code 50-1002, for consideration of the proposed budget for the fiscal year from Oct. 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022. The hearing will be held at the City Hall, 703 Cedar Street, Wallace, Idaho, at 6:00 PM., on September 8, 2021. The original public hearing was scheduled for August 11, 2021, but had to be moved due to updated tax information received from the State. All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such budget should or should not be adopted. Copies of the proposed City Budget in detail are available at the City Hall during regular office hours M-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. Coeur d'Alene Trust Call for Contractor Qualifications: Coeur d'Alene Trust was established to coordinate the investigation, design, and implementation of remedies for environmental impacts associated with former mines, mills, and tailings piles in the Coeur d'Alene River Basin. The Trust is soliciting qualifications from Construction Contractors to perform four projects within Shoshone County Idaho as part of the continued cleanup efforts within the Upper Basin of the Bunker Hill Mining and Metallurgical Complex Superfund Site. The type of work includes such items as excavating and hauling mine waste, placing and compacting the mine waste within the Waste Consolidation Area, completing earthwork activities, reconstructing streams, installing an arch culvert, installing geosynthetic cover system, demolishing buildings, constructing asphalt roads, handling and disposal of asbestos-containing material (ACM), managing storm water, and completing revegetation. The Coeur d'Alene Trust's objective is to prequalify contractors for each of the four projects. The Request for Qualification will be available online beginning at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on Monday, August 23, 2021.
