• Joey Michelle Appelberg, 26, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear. Appelberg has since been released.

• Don Robert Davis Jr., 39, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested for drug trafficking in cocaine, drug trafficking in marijuana, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

• Jonathan Matthew Davis, 40, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence and violating his probation.

• Robin Lee Gutierrez, 38, of Silverton, Idaho, was arrested for stalking and violating the terrorism control act.

• Jacob James Roletto, 33, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, was arrested for dispersing/possessing prescription drugs.
