Kudos to Jay Huber,

Not only is Jay Huber a county commissioner, but Jay and his wife Diane are good neighbors. Jay has for a number of years, either late at night or early in the morning, can be seen on his 4-wheeler plowing not only my driveway, but my neighbor's and a couple homes across the street....
