Righteous judgement

Mr. Ruggles, I’ve noticed you always mention that God is Love. That is true, but I must remind you he is also Righteous Judgement, He hates Esau, He flooded the Earth for the sins of the people for their thoughts deeds were continually evil, he crumbled the walls of Jericho, their walls were made of mortar from sacrificed children to their god Moloch.

He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, plagued the Egyptians, just to name a few. God says He never changes, humans do and people come out of their darkness to only return back like dogs to their own vomit. He punishes, He’s a jealous God and to fear Him is wisdom. He tells us in the Bible there is no personal interpretation of his Word. So with that I will remind any who will listen that God is more than Love, He Hates sin and we are all sinners, but are instructed to rebuke it not embrace it.

Rebuking sinners is Love, so sin may be cast out and bound (so that it is not unleashed to roam) and to comfort the soul because sin weighs heavily upon it. I know many don’t care about God, they push Him away, pretend He doesn’t exist, reimagine and make Him in their own hearts desires, mock those who do believe, but He also knew the end before the beginning and nothing hides in the dark that He hasn’t already seen, for there is nothing new under the Sun.
